“The court found that this stretch of the A38 from Carkeel roundabout to Trerulefoot roundabout has a history of a higher proportion of road traffic collisions compared to equivalent roads”
2. lack of funding for safety scheme
“The court heard evidence that a safety scheme had been developed to introduce average speed cameras for this stretch of the A38 but that funding had not yet been approved”
