The coroner's concerns
1. vehicles turning right at junction
“This is the latest in several serious incidents at this junction, three of which have been fatal within the last five years. All of the fatal incidents have involved vehicles either turning right at this junction to join the northbound A19, or turning right from the northbound into the Dalton Piercy junction.”
