The coroner's concerns

  1. 1. unrestricted helium canister purchases

“That helium gas is freely available in canisters and there appears to be no controlling measures on how many canisters can be bought by an individual.”
  2. 2. large volume helium canisters

“The size of the helium canisters are of large volume.”
  3. 3. absence of control valve

“There is no modified control valve attached to the canisters hich would restrict the volume of gas being released.”
